Plant Based Food Festival September 2024

Co-hosted by the NYU Office fo Sustainability and the Greener by Default Coalition, we gathered over 20 amazing restaurants and brands to serve the best plant based eats in the city. Featured live performances from talented NYU musicians and a dorm-friendly teaching kitchen form NYU Eats.

Earth Month 2024

In the ARC's first ever rendition of a music festival that encompasses the beauty behind plant powered living, we gathered 35 brands to give free samples to hundreds of NYU students.
