Co-hosted by the NYU Office fo Sustainability and the Greener by Default Coalition, we gathered over 20 amazing restaurants and brands to serve the best plant based eats in the city. Featured live performances from talented NYU musicians and a dorm-friendly teaching kitchen form NYU Eats.
